- Handicap mode reworked to not use leaderaboards and work out handicaps purely on the session race results
- New Handicapo Data display for race managers at the end of each race
- Remove dust particles generation from GoCart/Car
- Saving a custom track from multiplayer will now also enable the leaderbaord rather than having to download it from track editor
- Improve track editor positional data to stop objects moving around when testing a track
- Allow Basketball stadium to be retextured with a key press for themed events
- Change how importing a google image for track layout works - allow the image to stay as part of the track in race mode - also enable this for leaderboard tracks on request
